At present, we only ship our products within United States (in the 48 contiguous states)

Shipping Methods

Once you have completed your order, you have the option of shipping it via Express or Ground:

Ground
Your consignment will be dispatched through FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery, or UPS.

Express 2nd Day
This facility is available for the 48 contiguous States. Your consignment will be sent either through FedEx 2nd Day or by UPS 2nd day service. You’ll need to make note of the fact that express packages are delivered between Monday and Friday and will reach you within 2 full business days from the date of shipment.

Overnight
This is the option to ask for if you require urgent delivery. Overnight packages are delivered Monday-Friday in the 48 contiguous states.

Free Ground Shipping

We offer Standard shipping at no cost for orders worth more than $150 (this applies to the Contiguous States). If the package is very bulky then you will be charged actual fees for shipping. We will contact you ahead of processing the order in order to get approval for additional shipping costs.

Processing time + Shipping time = Delivery time.
Shipping takes place mostly between 3-5 business days. In case the items needs to be personalized then it might take longer to produce it. The time taken depends on the item.

All orders placed after 1:00pm (EST) will be delivered  the following business day

Processing time is the time taken to package your order & personalize it

Rush Orders

We will process rush orders the next business day for a flat $25.00 Fee

Multiple Packages

Certain orders may be delivered in multiple packages when the goods are sourced from different warehouses. If this is the case when you order goods from us then you will get an email listing the tracking order of each package. You might receive the packages 3-5 days apart from each other.

Signature Service

In certain circumstances we require a signature from the person who receives the goods. We might also insist that an actual person receives the consignment.

Incorrect Addresses

Incorrect addresses can cause a delay in delivering your orders. We will therefore charge an address correction fee. This fee varies between $11 and $14 depending on the carrier and will be debited to your credit card.

Missing/Damaged Items

We take care to pack your order securely and correctly. However, if you still notice that some items are missing or damaged then you can contact us to get the problem rectified. We urge you to inspect your package for any mistakes or damage as soon as you receive it so that you can inform us about it within a maximum of 5 business days of the delivery date.
