How do I place my order online?
1. Visit the products you wish to purchase and mention the quantity of products you intend to purchase. Finally, click on the “Add to Cart” button.
2. Once you have finished adding your item to the cart, you have the option to continue shopping or to checkout. The shopping cart page has ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Proceed to Checkout’ buttons. Use them accordingly.
3. Once you are done shopping you can click on the purple ‘Checkout’ button placed at the top of the page.
4. All transactions are encrypted with SSL technology; your personal and financial information are therefore protected.

Do I have to order a minimum quantity?
The minimum quantity to have to order varies according to the product.

Do you have a physical store where I can buy your products?
We do not have a physical retail store at present. We focus on online retail at present.

Do you have a catalogue listing out your products?
We sell our products on the internet and our website offers detailed information about our products. In case you have any further questions then our customer service agents will be glad to help you. You can send us your queries by email or call us; we will respond to you within 2 working days.

How will my order be shipped?
We use reliable companies, either UPS or FedEx, to ship your orders. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Therefore be sure to provide us with your correct shipping address that corresponds to a physical location.

Your website asks for the date of my event. Why do you need this information?
We are able to offer high quality service because we do a lot of research on what customers want. Your event date is one of the one of the many data points we use. Be assured that we will not rush your order or slow it down in any manner.

How can I pay for the goods I ordered?
We accept payments using a number of credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express via Paypal. However, we do not accept checks or money orders at the moment.

Is your site secure?
We understand that security is a very important consideration for online customers. We use a variety of security measures in order to ensure that any of the information given by you is not lost, misused or altered. We use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) connection that ensures that your personal and financial data such as name, address, credit card number etc. are completely safe.

Do you sell your products wholesale?
No, we only sell retail products.

Orders & Shipment

Will I get confirmation when I place my order?
We will email you a confirmation after you have placed your order and made the payment. We will also email you the tracking number of your order once it has been shipped.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?
It is possible to make changes to your order or even cancel it as long as it hasn’t yet been processed or is not personalized. If this applies to your order then we will not charge you any money to make changes. Therefore, you should go through your order confirmation as soon as you receive it and contact us without any delay.

Will you ship to any country?
At present we only ship our products within United States (48 contiguous states)
Where will you ship my order from?
If we have products in store then we will ship them to you. If not, then they will be shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.

Why does each order sometimes come in multiple packages?
Some of the products you order might be sourced from our stores whereas other products from the same order might come directly from the manufacturer. As a result, you will receive multiple packages. We will send you a confirmation email that contains all shipping details so that you can keep track of them. You might even receive the packages a few days apart.

How long does it take to ship the orders?
If the product is in stock then it will be shipped to you in 3-5 business days. However, if the product is out of stock then it will take more time. Our Shipping Policy contains more details. We can process an order quicker than normal but there will be rush fees involved.

Do you charge taxes or brokerage fees?
There are no taxes and brokerage fees for shipments within the US.

Can I exchange a product once I have received it?
No. We do not offer exchanges for our products.

Is it secure to order goods worth over $500?
When you order goods worth more than $500, we will ask you to sign and fax a copy of your invoice to us. We might also ask for a copy of your driver’s license, government issued ID, or utility bill in order to verify your present billing address and signature. Further, orders for goods that cost more than $500 will only be delivered if you sign for them when you receive them. In case you are not able to provide any of the safeguard protections we require then the order will be cancelled and we will also void your credit card authorization.
